If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email info@mirandamrnd.com or Whatsapp with your order number and include photos and any details of the problems with your order.
Items must be returned to our facilities in Colombia and must meet the following conditions: – All footwear and clothing must be unworn, in its original condition with tags and free of marks and stains. – The original packaging must be returned, including shoe stuffing, shoe box and dust bags.
